Kristin became passionate about property management after her part-time leasing agent job in 2010. She enjoys socializing with others and helping tenants find their forever homes. She started with Real Property Management in 2013 and has worked her way up the ladder from a receptionist to a property manager to her current role as office manager. She likes to help the RPM team and watch them grow together!
Kristin enjoys camping with her husband and daughter in the Wisconsin Dells. She loves the outdoor atmosphere, gardening, and nature. She is an animal lover currently with 2 cats and 1 dog.
Property Manager since 2021
Sherry has over 25 years of experience in property management and real estate. She started working for a family-owned business, where she started showing properties in her early 20s and continued working there for 15 years. She obtained her real estate license in 2003 and purchased and sold real estate until 2014. She then started working for Real Property Management, where she excelled as a property manager and excellent leasing agent. She left for a short time to pursue other avenues but returned to RPM in 2021. Her passion has always been property management and real estate. She has owned a few rental properties over the years and is still going strong. In her free time, she likes camping and being very active in outdoor activities with her friends and family. She is a hard worker with a genuine personality that people love to be around.

After being impressed with RPM’s professionalism and innovation six years ago, Aimee joined the Real Property Management team, bringing 20 years of experience with her. She has firsthand experience with managing her own rental properties for 14 years. She understands the importance of tenant retention and running the property as a business. Outside the office, Aimee enjoys being outdoors, either kayaking, hiking, or camping.

Lenieyca is a Leasing Agent at Real Property Management, with years of experience in leasing, who loves helping people find their ideal place to call home. Lenieyca is self-starting, and excited to grow with the company coming all the way from her hometown of Marietta, GA. Lenieyca is focusing on delivering a peace of mind to the surrounding Milwaukee areas by putting her social skills, and her degree in cognitive psychology topped with her bubbly personality to good use, making sure that the process of renting a home in such hard times is as smooth and ensuring as possible. When Lenieyca is not at work she like to avid social media influencer and loves spending time learning and teaching new things to thousands of people around the world.

In addition to her primary job functions, Christine has been recognized by her peers for her vast experience and knowledge of property management and landlord/tenant law, her sense of humor (very important in property management), and her extraordinary commitment to her clients, tenants, co-workers, and professional partnerships.
Administrative Assistant since 2022
Claudia has ten years of experience working as an office clerk. She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset. She is passionate about customer service since she has learned this is crucial to every business. Claudia has a varied background in education, administration, and a little accounting along the way. She is excited to bring these experiences and enthusiasm to the team at RPM and our residents.
Accountant/Bookkeeper since 2023
Christina has over 18 years of experience in accounting, office management, and sales. She was employed at Simma’s Bakery as their office manager, accountant, and head of sales for over 15 years. She continued pursuing her career at Calumet Auto Parts as the office manager and accountant until the owner retired. She is excited to join the RPM team and looks forward to growing with the company.
She is a performance-driven and motivated accountant. Who excels at analyzing monthly expenses, developing detailed annual budgets, preparing monthly financial statements, and providing financial advice and support to colleagues. While offering strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and well-developed teamwork abilities.
In her free time, she enjoys camping, fishing, and outdoor activities with her husband and son. Her passion is cooking savory dishes, decadent desserts and hosting fabulous parties with family and friends. Her tranquil moments are spent painting on canvas and crafting.
Salvador Vladimir Gonzalez Arenas
Accounting Assistant since 2022
Salvador worked in aerospace for 7 years. He began his career as a technician and then became responsible for the continuous improvement, which included training new personnel. He moved to Toyota Smelting Technology Mexico as a QA Assistant. As his career progressed, he moved to Document control. He ended his tenure in the HR/IT areas where he was in charge of payroll, the IT Department, and the BCP manager. In February 2020, he started a 3D printing business. In December 2022, he began working in a call center, then to True Work Logistics and Real Property Management. Salvador is excellent at accounting, IT, and communication.
Salvador likes to cook, ride motorcycles, listen to music, watch movies, read poetry, paint, and play the guitar. He also loves new technology and video games.
Maintenance Manager since 2022
Ben began his career as a maintenance technician in 2007. He attended WCTC in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, in 2014, where he obtained his HVAC service technician diploma. He continued in the maintenance field until 2018, when he transitioned to property management. His property management portfolio began with new construction rentals until it included multiple sites and senior housing. He became Assistant Regional Manager in 2021.
Ben’s passion for maintenance brought him back to the field in January 2022 as a maintenance manager for Real Property Management. He enjoys working with the maintenance team to provide the best possible service.
Ben enjoys camping with his family in the Wisconsin Dells in his spare time. He enjoys sports, fishing, and being outdoors.
Maintenance Technician since 2017
Jeff is what we would highly consider a premier handyman. A jack of all trades AND a master of quite a few. There is no maintenance request that Jeff cannot approach with a degree of familiarity. In this experience, Jeff can facilitate above-average, cost-effective maintenance service for our clients. Alternatively, he will tell you when something can be done better or less costly through one of our hundreds of local area maintenance vendors. This may sound standard, but anyone who has worked with property management before knows that this is a service quality that you cannot put a price on! And Jeff does by default. Jeff also loves spending time outdoors with his family.
