Kristin Walczak

Property Manager since 2013; Office Manager since 2019

Kristin became passionate about property management after her part-time leasing agent job in 2010. She enjoys the socialization with others, as well as helping tenants find their forever homes. She started with Real Property Management in 2013 and has worked her way up the ladder from a receptionist to a property manager to her current role as office manager. She likes to help the whole RPM team and watch them all grow together!

Kristin enjoys camping with her husband and daughter in the Wisconsin Dells. She loves the outdoor atmosphere, gardening, and nature. She is an animal lover currently with 2 cats and 1 dog.

Sherry Franecki

Property Manager since 2021

Sherry has over 25 years of experience in property management and real estate. She started out working for a family-owned business, where she started showing properties in her early 20s and continued working there for 15 years. She obtained her real estate license in 2003 where she purchased and sold real estate until 2014. She then started working for Real Property Management, where she excelled as a property manager and excellent leasing agent. She left for a short time to pursue other avenues but came back to RPM in 2021. Her passion has always been property management and real estate. She has owned a few rental properties over the years and is still going strong. In her free time, she likes to go camping and be very active in outdoor activities with her friends and family. She is a hard worker with a genuine personality that people love to be around.

Aimee Kondziella

Property Manager since 2016

After being impressed with RPM’s professionalism and innovation six years ago, Aimee joined the Real Property Management team, bringing 20 years of experience with her. She has firsthand experience with managing her own rental properties for 14 years. She understands the importance of tenant retention and running the property as a business.  Outside of the office, Aimee enjoys being outdoors, either kayaking, hiking, or camping.

Alexis Brooks (Lexis)

Leasing Agent since 2022

Lexis is a Wisconsin REALTOR® born and raised in the fabulous state of Wisconsin. Growing up, she loved school; she always wanted to learn, which placed her ahead of the curve! Her passion for working with others led her to her previous roles in telecommunications, car sales, pharmaceuticals, and many other fields. She has an extensive background as an entrepreneur and investor. With this comes an extraordinary skill set that includes stellar communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to connect with everyone she meets. She’s known for being a highly motivated and dedicated individual who sets exceptionally high standards for herself. Her professional demeanor puts her clients at ease, knowing they always come first. She prides herself in following the 5 P’s of Success: Persistence, Passion, Purpose, Positivity, and Personal Development.

Christine Gregory

Office Manager 2014-2019; New Business Development since 2019

Christine is an experienced property manager, general manager, accountant, and business development manager. Driven by the excitement of the property management industry, she takes pride in providing the best property management service possible. She has over 25 years in the property management industry.  Her goals include exceptional customer service, providing quality and affordable housing to tenants, and assuring the best ROI for her clients/investors.  In addition to her primary job functions, Christine has been recognized by her peers for her vast experience and knowledge of property management and landlord/tenant law, her sense of humor (very important in property management), and her extraordinary commitment to her clients, tenants, co-workers, and professional partnerships.

Cecilia Rocha-Bucio

Administrative Assistant since 2021

Cecilia has been working for Real Property Management since November 2021 as an Administrative Assistant. She started her experience in property management back in 2008. Cecilia is currently attending Herzing University to obtain her Bachelor’s in Business Management. When she is not at the office or busy with school, you can find her spending time with her two boys – usually at the movies or going to museums. They also like to go on family vacations to visit relatives down in Texas.

Claudia Garza

Administrative Assistant since 2022

Claudia has ten years of experience working as an office clerk. She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset, and is passionate about customer service since she has learned this is a crucial part of every business. Claudia has a varied background in education, administration, and a little accounting along the way as well. She is excited to bring these experiences and enthusiasm to the team at RPM and our residents.

Salvador Vladimir Gonzalez Arenas

Accounting Assistant since 2022

Salvador worked in aerospace for 7 years. He began his career as a technician and then became responsible for the continuous improvement process, which included training new personnel. He moved to Toyota Smelting Technology Mexico as a QA Assistant. As his career progressed, he moved to Document control. He ended his tenure in the HR/IT areas where he was in charge of payroll, the IT Department, and BCP manager. In February 2020, he started a 3D printing business. In December of 2022, he began working in a call center, which then to True Work Logistics and Real Property Management. Salvador is excellent at accounting, IT, and communication.

Salvador likes to cook, ride motorcycles, listen to music, watch movies, read poetry, paint, and play the guitar. He also loves new technology and video games.

Ben Walczak

Maintenance Manager since 2022

Ben began his career as a maintenance technician in 2007.  He attended WCTC in Pewaukee Wisconsin in 2014, where he obtained his HVAC service technician diploma.  He continued in the maintenance field until 2018 when he transitioned to property management.  His property management portfolio began with new construction rentals until it grew to include multiple sites along with senior housing.  He became Assistant Regional Manager in 2021.

Ben’s passion for maintenance brought him back to the field in January 2022 as maintenance manager for Real Property Management.  He enjoys working with the maintenance team to provide the best possible service.

In his spare time, Ben enjoys camping with his family in the Wisconsin Dells.  He enjoys sports, fishing and being outdoors.

Jeff Schmidt

Maintenance Technician since 2017

Jeff is what we would highly consider a premier handyman. A jack of all trades, AND master of quite a few. There is no maintenance request that Jeff is not able to approach with a degree of familiarity. In this experience, Jeff can facilitate above-average levels of cost-effective maintenance service on behalf of our clients. Alternatively, he will tell you when something can be done better or less costly through one of our hundreds of local area maintenance vendors. This may sound standard, but anyone who has worked with property management before knows that this is a service quality that you cannot put a price on! And Jeff does by default. Jeff also loves spending time outdoors with his family.

Jordan Nelson

Maintenance Technician since 2020

Jordan began his career working in landscaping and then transitioned to the rough carpentry field.  Carpentry and woodworking are a passion of Jordan’s.  He operates a woodworking business in his free time.  Jordan is experienced in many fields such as masonry, drywall, flooring, tile work and painting.

In his spare time, Jordan enjoys building computers, kayaking, fishing, and working on cars or trucks.

Carlos Polino

Maintenance Coordinator since 2022

Carlos started his career in maintenance in 2020, and he is also experienced in Customer Service with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications industry. He is a devoted father to a six-year-old son, with whom he enjoys spending time the most. Carlos also has a five-year-old bulldog; all three love to spend time outdoors with lakes and parks being some of their favorite places to visit.

Aaron Morgan

Maintenance Technician since 2022

Aaron began his career as a maintenance technician working on both commercial and residential properties. He is experienced in drywall, painting, and electrical. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, fishing, hunting, and working on his car.
